This service provides for the counselling of employees taking sick leave and the monitoring of sick leave certificates of all employees who have been absent from work.
The service will include:
• Recording sick leave per employee.
• Records will include days of absence and diagnosis given by Medical Practitioner.
• Each employee will be interviewed to assess if fit to have returned to work, whether treatment has been complied with and if the duration of absence was in accordance with the diagnosis.
• Trends will be identified and reported on.
• A monthly report with statistics and an analysis of trends.
